I am Aude Calemard, born and raised in France. I studied at the Université des Arts Appliqués de Lyon, specialising in Textile Design.
This specialisation naturally led me to complete my university course with an internship in Como - one of the world's most renowned textile centres.
I fell in love with the atmosphere of the lake and its mountains and have never left.
My paintings reflect the influence of his primary trade (textiles) in his compositions, in the search for harmonies and in the importance given to colours. The environment of Blevio, in which I am immersed, brings the colours of Lake Como to my art.

My work is a continuous research, like a journey from one painting to another. The use of oil painting allows me to discover new effects and new materials each time.
